All payment information entered through credit card or PayPal is processed on a highly encrypted SSL server, ensuring that no unauthorized person can access your card details.

Customer information provided when placing an order is stored on our servers as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act for 5 years. We do not track visitor traffic or store personal information beyond what is needed for your order. You are always welcome to ask questions about our shop or provide feedback to help us improve your shopping experience.

Payment – Simple & Secure

We accept most major credit cards via QuickPay or PayPal, providing extra security. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card.

Flat Rate Shipping Is Back!

We’re happy to announce that Flat Rate Shipping is now available again.
You can now choose our simple, affordable worldwide delivery at a total price of 50 DKK (approx. 7 USD, VAT-free) — with no hidden fees or surprises.

Flat Rate parcels are sent securely as registered international mail under PostNord’s export and customs regulations.
We’ve shipped many thousands of orders this way without any problems, and we’re delighted to offer this trusted service again.

Both options comply with international customs rules and include proper customs documentation for smooth import handling.

Customs and Documentation

All international shipments include a customs declaration (CN22/CN23) in full compliance with PostNord’s export requirements.
For shipments to the USA, a printed customs invoice is always attached to ensure smooth clearance by US Customs.

Free shipping applies to orders of 125 US $ or more:

How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times can be unpredictable these days. Many postal services are adjusting their operations, and mail handling is increasingly digital. Nevertheless, we aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible, often the same day we receive payment.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Scandinavia: 2–4 days

  • Europe: 3–5 days

  • USA & Japan: 5–12 days

Please note that customs inspections may occasionally cause delays, especially for shipments containing organic fly-tying materials. Unfortunately, we have no control over these procedures, and must wait for authorities to complete their checks.

Important for USA Customers:
For shipments to the United States, a customs invoice is included in the package to facilitate smooth customs processing. This ensures your order complies with US import regulations and helps prevent unnecessary delays.
